Infrastructure

State-of-the-art modern facilities for conducting post-harvest management activities and processing of a range of agricultural products located at Kasegaon village of Pandhapur taluka of Solapur district in the state of Maharashtra (INDIA)

Pre-cooling Chambers: High-humidity pre-cooling chambers with an installed capacity of 30 metric tons per batch.

Cold Storages: 500 metric tons of cold storage capacity for storing pre-cooled fresh fruits and vegetables.

Processing facility for fresh-cut fruits & vegetables: A clean room (high-care room) for processing fresh pomegranate arils with a capacity to produce 5 metric tons of arils per day, with modified-atmosphere packaging, HEPA filtration (0.3 microns) unit for clean air & Reverse-osmosis filtered water to ensure complete hygiene and safety in the process.
